Pseudocraterellus sinuosus (Fr.) Reid Verbogener Leistling syn. Pseudocraterellus undulatus (Pers.) Rauschert. Fodros áltrombitagomba Chanterelle ŕ chapeau sinueus. Cap 1–5cm across, irregularly funnel-shaped with a wavy and lobed margin, greyish-brown, fibrous. Stem 5–10cm long, tapering towards the base, greyish below, paler and more creamy above where it is covered by the spore-bearing surface which is irregularly wrinkled and folded, giving the appearance of vein-like ‘gills’. Smell fruity. Spores white, ovoid, 8–10 x 5–7m. Habitat in clusters amongst the leaf litter of deciduous woods, especially Oak. Season autumn. Rare. Edible. Found In Europe.
